Desperate Need of help for a breast cancer patient facing foreclosure

  • I am a breast cancer patient, who recently was diagnosed and then thrown into a masectomy, and now chemotherapy all in a period of 3 months, I have been off work for 6 months now, disability pays 50%. I am looking for programs or entitlement funds available to cancer patients that will help with mortgage payments and or other bills that pile up during an expected medial diagnosis. I live in Indiana, and I hear people say there is help out there, but have yet to find it. I can't handle the stress of possibly losing my house while I am trying to accept and come to terms of having cancer/chemo/masectomy.
  • I am battling the issue of not being able to eat, no appetite, immune system being destroyed by the chemo, and no energy left in me as my body is not getting the nutrients needed to help fight this fight. I have cancer-related fatigue, i have mental stress/depression, and I really am in need of desparate help.
  • please if you know of any programs, or anyone who is compassionate enough to help me a single mother of 2, grandmother of 3(all children are out of the house now so I am living and going thru this fight alone.)
  • please contact me asap

Dental work please

Hello, I'm actually writing in regard to my sons' situation. He is now 24 years old and needs extensive dental work to fix his teeth.  The dental work is needed due to the treatment of an illness he fought courageously when he was 15 years old. He was diagnosed with a brain-stem Melanoma. (Brain tumor). He was in and out of the hospital for the next 2 and a half years. His treatment consited of 4 surguries and frequent radiation and chemotherapy. The doctors had told us that there could be some side effects including dental breakdown due to the treatments. The brain tumor treatment did leave him with a couple of disabilities. But he survived even after he was given last rites late one night. What I am basically looking for is an answer to the dental work he needs. I can not cover him on my insurance because he's considered an adult. (Not a full-time student). He is only able to have a part-time job due to his disabilities. I'm sure a nice smile would immensly improve his self-esteem and bring more opportunity to him. We just need to make it happen. If there is a foundation and/or group and/or kind person out there that could help us make that happen for him, we would wholeheartedly appreciate it. Thank you.

Comment: Hello, I am going through...

Note: This aidpage was started as a comment on "Home page of pepperjane"

Hello, I am going through a very difficult time in my life!!! I was recently diagnosed with skin cancer, Melanoma, which of course is the most deadly form. I have begun chemotherapy and it is a terrible experience, leaving me nauseous, weak, and exhausted which has caused me to lose my job. My poor husband is doing his best to take care of me and keep a roof over our heads but his income just isn't quite enough. We are on the verge of eviction and within days of having all of our utilities shut off. We just need a little help to get through this difficult but temporary rough patch. Not only are we behind on everything I am incurring huge medical expenses. PLEASE help us. Anything at all will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My name is Tammy and I live in a small town in southern Ohio. I'm married and have one cat and one dog, both of whom I love like crazy. They truly are my "kids". Right now I'm unemployed and battling skin cancer(Melanoma).

Breast cancer

Hello,

I want to thank everyone for their time and contributions. My co-worker just recently found out she has breast cancer, it was a shock and a quick process to get her in to surgery, with a short notice. She is going to need help paying her doctor bills and morgage as she takes time off to recover and go thru extensive chemotheragpy. She is strong and I have no doubt about her fight against the cancer. She deserves the stability to be able to recover peacefully without having to worring about the bills and the roof over her head. I can not thank you enough for wanting to help or any suggestions on agencies who could help for such a cause.

All women should feel vulnerable to breast cancer and support fund raising for breast cancer as well. Any contribution will help, thanks again for your time and prayers. I would love nothing more than to help someone who is in need, with such a tramatic experience.

God Bless...please feel free to contact me with any suggestion or help @ ms_lenox@yahoo.com
